Our Class 47 birthday card pays tribute to one of the hardest working diesels ever to run on Britain’s railways. Arriving in the 1960s and hauling everything from passenger trains to heavy freight, the Class 47 was a familiar face at stations up and down the country. The artwork has a warm, nostalgic feel that any British Rail fan will recognise.
Great for train enthusiasts, railway modellers, former railway workers and anyone who misses the BR era. The design comes in versions for lots of different people, so you can find the perfect one for the rail fan in the family. This version is for the one I love.
Inside and out
- Front: “Happy Birthday”
