Let your guests know what is coming, from the cock-a-leekie to the cranachan. These A6 menu cards have “Menu” printed at the top with a watercolour thistle, leaving the rest of the card free for you to write your courses.
One per place setting looks lovely, or stand a few along the table so everyone can read them before the haggis is piped in.
Perfect for
Burns Night suppers at home or in a restaurant, St Andrew’s Day dinners, Scottish wedding breakfasts and Hogmanay feasts.
Styling ideas
- Wording: A traditional Burns supper menu might read: Cock-a-leekie soup, Haggis with neeps and tatties, Cranachan, then coffee and a dram. You could add the Selkirk Grace at the bottom. Please leave plenty of drying time before stacking them, as this can vary between inks.
- Colour scheme: heather purple, soft thistle green and a little tartan look lovely with the thistle design. Try them in ribbons, napkins, candles or a sprig of heather on each place setting.
- Goes well with: our Scottish Thistle place cards, table plan cards and coasters.
Prefer it personalised? We can print your Burns Night menu for you, with your courses, the date and the name of your supper or venue, in our Scottish Thistle or Scottish Stag design. Please contact us for a quote.
