MAKING A PURCHASE
When placing an order with Webspectations, you are agreeing to a contract with us. All prices are shown in Sterling.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major Debit/Credit cards. Our payments are processed by our secure checkout partner: Woocommerce Payments. Webspectations Ltd do not have access to your card details and you do not have to register for an account.
Webspectations will only use personal information that you provide to us in order to dispatch your purchases and for notifications about your order, such as processing and dispatch information.
DELIVERY
Postage is free of charge, and items will be sent via The Royal Mail’s second-class service. Orders placed before 9:00am will be dispatched on the same day, providing it is a working day. The Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, however, please allow 7 working days before contacting us.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, you will also be emailed once your item has been completed and dispatched. Orders are sent by the Royal Mail and we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for delivery from the day that your order is placed. However, once dispatched, we cannot be responsible for parcels and if your order does not arrive when expected please allow a day or two for any delays in transit. Please also check to see if your order has been left with a neighbour, and if not, please check with your local Royal Mail depot. If, after checking with your neighbour and local depot, your order has not been located please contact us within 48 hours and we will conduct an investigation.
RETURNS
Webspectations Ltd accepts the return of non-personalised items only and must be notified of the return within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return postage fees, please contact us for our return address. In order to receive a refund in full, items must be shipped back to Webspectations Ltd, in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Webspectations Ltd do not accept the return of personalised or custom-made items. Webspecations Ltd will not accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way back to us. Upon receipt of the item, a replacement or refund will be arranged. Any refunds issued, will be for the full purchase price and original delivery costs. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Providing your order hasn’t yet been printed or dispatched, we will be happy to cancel it. However, if contact is made after an order has been dispatched, we will have to arrange a return following delivery.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We describe all products as accurately as possible. However, please allow for colour variations due to screen colour settings on different devices.
